As the Senior Product Copywriter, you will be responsible for maintaining and developing our tone of voice across our various products including our app, website and other materials. You will help optimise user journeys by reducing ‘noise’ and directing users with minimal copy that gives the best possible user experience.
The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of the health and/or wellness market and be empathetic towards the emotional triggers for our users. This includes defining the microcopy for each page, each button and directive or push notification.
You will be working closely with our content lead, Chief Product Officer and Director of Operations as well as the product and content teams. You may be required to help manage external freelancer resources and hire more permanent writers as the team grows.
