Having exceeded 1 million users, Your.MD is bringing together the finest minds in infectious diseases and epidemiology for a virtual roundtable discussion on how to use the insights gained from the mapper’s data to help stop the global spread of the virus.

Prof Baker is Your.MD's Chief Medical Officer and the former Chair of the RCGP. She is a national leader in primary care and digital technology. She joined the UK's National Health Service (NHS) Connecting for Health agency in 2007 and developed standards for digital clinical safety that have been adopted internationally.
The Centre in Artificial Intelligence for Healthcare at Imperial College London trains PhDs and Clinical PhD Fellows in the use of AI in healthcare. The centre is currently working in partnership with Your.MD to analyse the data obtained from the COVID-19 Symptom Mapper project and help identify insights that may be key to slowing the spread of COVID-19.
With a background in epidemiology and health statistics, Hai leads Your.MD’s team of epidemiologists and the ongoing analysis of the data from the Your.MD Symptom Mapper project. Available in English, Hindi and Spanish, the mapper collects data on the symptoms experienced by anyone who has or suspects they have COVID-19 worldwide.
In support of NHSX, the jHub (the innovation centre for the UK Defence's Joint Forces Command) is running Project OASIS in which COVID-19 symptom and behaviour tracking data are being collated to help the NHS to understand the spread of COVID-19 at a national and local level.
NHSX leads the world’s largest digital health and social care transformation programme. It has managed the response to COVID-19 by collaborating with different organisations and using new technology to quickly and securely access vital data for strategic planning of COVID-19 services.
The panel will be joined by a specially-invited group of infectious diseases doctors and researchers, epidemiologists, immunologists and public health specialists from the UK, Europe and the US.
